I am reminded of a short story, one which most of you have probably heard....

A man was traveling a great distance and came upon a local merchant.  He asked the merchant about a city he was journeying to for he was looking for directions as to the best route to take to this city.  Well the merchant himmed and hawed and pretty soon looked the traveler straight in the eye and said, "Well, first you take this road about a mile, and turn left and go to the next cross roads, and turn right and then...."  well the merchant looked a bit perplexed and then straightway said to the traveler; "Actually, just take this other road and follow it about 2 miles until you come to a red barn, and just beyond the barn is an old dirt path.  Well, take that path over the hill and then...."  Once again the merchant looked perplexed and finally spoke to the traveler;  "You know, you just can't get there from here".

Perhaps this best describes our pursuit of sonship and the fulfillment of the word in this hour;  for there really has not been any way to get "there", from "here".  How do we move into sonship?  What are the dynamics?  How do we function in the realm of spirit and how do we move more deeply into His presence in this hour?   These are some of the questions we delve into as the Lord continues to give His sons the "keys to becoming".

What little we have seen in the marketplace has not even touched upon what the Lord is establishing in this hour;  whether it is the teachings of the new age or mainstream Christianity.  Neither would Anne or myself take the liberty to say that we have got it all;  at best we see in part. 

The challenge we have found over the years has been to find confirmation to that which the Lord has brought us into, progressively, and we have had to search this out.  There has been no major signpost, the path of God's sons has been an experience in the process, and a huge learning curve as to functioning in the realm of the spirit.

However, the Lord has been progressively bringing His people into their inheritance, albeit a little at a time, but the path is starting to shine forth,

Pro 4:18 But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

Such has been the path.
