Understanding Spiritual Signs
Part II
As our bodies come alive to the spirit world,
what does it all mean?

The revelation concerning these signs came over 40 years ago.  This is but a compilation of various words and teaching which came at that time.  These explanations and illuminations are not conclusive, but rather, provide a springboard for you to take it further down the road.

The signs were given, as we have said, like unto a seeing eye dog.  Providing a way for His sons to see and perceive the unseen until they rise in their spirit to the level where these signs will no longer be needed.  We are walking with one foot on land, and one on sea, straddling both worlds simultaneously as we enter into the realms of God's kingdom.  Be expecting.  Your body has been coming alive, and as it is fully redeemed, every God given capacity, lost since the days of Adam, are being restored, and more.  That's what's on the plate.  And alot is at stake.

In Review.........

The simplest scriptural explanation of the signs is found in Romans 8:11:
"The Spirit that raised up Jesus from the dead is quickening our mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in us."   This verse is not speaking about resurrection or about immortality,  it actually means the Spirit will give life to your mortal bodies, because these mortal bodies have been dead.

As the Spirit within you becomes alive to the realm of Spirit, and as you grow in your revelation and knowledge, you will find that these signs convey to you, in a limited way, an insight into that realm.   Although these signs come to get your attention, you will still need the revelation of the Holy Spirit to understand specifically what the signs mean for you.  We rejoice that we have come to the threshold of a wonderful new day, and it is time to fully enter in and receive our inheritance.

There are various categories of signs coming in the End Time: Symptom, Assault, Impartation, Ministering, Devil, Angel, Divine Presence, and Restoration signs to name the primary ones. The following is an attempt to categorize and enumerate on some of the many signs that are coming to us. 

TYPES OF SIGNS

Symptom Sign:
You feel the same symptom as the person feels.

Impartation Sign:
A burning sensation in the hands comes because the Lord has anointed you to impart.

Angel Sign:
Both noticed in the sense of smell, and often associated with a child, noting the fluttering of wings around the child’s ear signifying angel presence and covering.

Divine Presence Signs
Seeing the Shekinah Glory
Seeing the Rain (He comes to us as the rain)
Various ways the presence of the Lord is manifested

Restoration Signs
The eyes beginning to burn, knowing that spiritual sight is coming forth. Becoming aware of the spirit world, where you can almost feel it blowing thru your body as the wind. And you will notice a sensitivity of the nostrils

Sympathetic Signs:
Feeling the pains of the individual. Someone you are praying for, or are in tune with

Symbolic Signs:
Almost the same as sympathetic sign but not referring to a physical organ.  You feel something that is symbolic of a spiritual nature.

A definition of the signs:

Signs come to male and female generally opposite. They can indicate 1. The true or false , 2. A spiritual/natural element or 3. A male or female contact or source.

Male
Right Side: True, Spiritual, or Male
Left Side: False, Natural or Female

Female
Right Side: False, Natural or Female
Left Side: True, Spiritual or Male

For either side, the relationship contacts would be:
Upper Head Area is for marital relationships or spiritual pastoral covering.
Middle Area of back of head forward towards the ear is for children,, and
a little further forward could be mother/sister/father/brother contact.

ARM
Whenever christ is really exalted, an anointing in your arm is the sign of the victory of Jesus Christ. He is the arm of the Lord.

Forearm: Deliverance
Your arm will begin to ache: The Lord is going to bring miracle deliverance thru His judgments.

Refers more to deliverance than to the spiritual warfare of the upper arm. Indicates someone is going to be delivered from an oppressive situation. If the sign flows down into the hand, then it is a sign that someone is going to be healed.

Upper Arm: Prevailing in Warfare

With this sign comes the sensing of devil power and spiritual warfare. Sign in the upper arm indicates that spiritual struggle and conflict in the spirit realm is going to be resolved.

Elbow: Something is in execution

This time it is related to the forearm and has to do with your deliverance.

 FOOT
Sole of Foot: Possessing the land

It means, wherever you move you possess. Go in and possess the land.

Heel: Bruising the Enemy

KNEE
Sign of Submission
Burning sensation: God is working submission in you.

SHOULDER
Represents his responsibility, his rulership, his government

Upper Shoulder: Authority

The sign speaks about authority. The sign in the shoulder indicates that the victory of the Lord over principalities and powers is in operation.

A pinching will be felt if the enemy is trying to get through.

If you want to reason with children, just grip them firmly in the upper Shoulder area, which will shut off everything else that is getting to them.

HAND
The Hand represents the Outreach Ministry of Christ

Apostle - The Thumb
Prophet - Forefinger
Evangelist - Middle Finger
Pastor - Ring Finger
Teacher - Little Finger

Thumb: Authority/Kingship

For most, it represents that they are coming into the authority of Kings and Priests of the Lord. It Is the sign of the basic government of the church;.

The sign of the Kingdom and of Christ the King

Involves the government of the church when assoc. with the Forefinger.

Thumb: True/False

Can also be a switchboard to determine true and false, when someone is speaking with you. So, sign in the thumb is also related to deception.

Thumb and First Finger: Judgement and authority

Middle Finger: Sign of cutoff at knuckle joint; spirit of seducing; opposite of evangelist.

Little Finger: Sign of cutoff at knuckle; spirit of false teachers in base of joint.  Usually in false in left and God's judgments in right hand.

Palms: Receiving and Giving

If Burning: Annointing to minister and lay on of hands
With the palms we give.

Digging: If you have a feeling of wanting to dig at your palms, this is an oppressive sign.

Back of Hand: Confusion

Crawling sensation is a sign of spirit of confusion. A confusion coming to hinder your ability to receive of the Lord. It means the door of reception is closed.

Ridge of Hand: Itching means Satan is trying to frustrate deliverance.  Satan has deceived you on some point and is trying to take away your victory.

JOINT Means another related sign is in execution

If the sign appears in the joint, it means some other related sign is in execution. The sign in the joint means that the authority over principalities and powers is being executed. If it is sharp and severe, God is bringing decisive judgment.

WRIST It indicates someone is being cut off.

It may feel as if the entire hand has been cut off. It is generally involved with the spirit of withdrawal. If you are being cut off from the flow of the spirit, you usually experience confusion with it.

STOMACH
Area of nerve centers and emotions.

Pit of Stomach:
Can mean a spirit of lust is hitting you.

Bowels: Pressure in emotions.   ("Out of your belly shall flow rivers of living waters") - bowels of compassion.

HEART
Assault coming against you
Pain in heart, usually sign of direct assault coming against you.

BACK
Upper Back: Spiritual Depletion

Can be representative of weariness, when you have been in spiritual warfare for a long time. Generally this sign appears in the upper spine.

Lower Back: Rebellion
Along the ridge of lower back: breaking the back of rebellion

CHEST
A type of pain in the chest, coupled with sign across the forehead and the sign of the operation of faith coming up the back of the head, means God is giving you an anointing for great faith.

5th Rib: Treachery

Sharp Stabbing pain is a sign of treachery.


Hips
Jacob wrestled with an angel; God prevailed.

Thighs
Strength in battle; progression in God.  You have been in a period of spiritual intercession.  Sign of submission; clinging with aggressive faith.

Sex Organs
Starting a creative work in your life.  (Remember God is not as bung up on our bodies as we are).

HEAD
Back of Head concerns Relationships

Top or Crown: Related to God & Openness to God.
If sore means you are coming into a good time for waiting on God.

Upper back of head: Spiritual relationships
Soreness here represents perhaps not getting along well with the pastor/elders of overseeing authority.

Lower back of head: Natural relationships

Band around Head: Sign of an intercessor

NECK
Where the feelings and emotions are controlled

Back of neck.
Where the enemy seeks to come against you
When the enemy lies to us, he does it thru your emotions

Front of Neck:
Sign could represent fear hitting you.

EAR
Itching: confusion or deception

Sharp pain in your ear Or the bone behind the ear is where the sign comes of a lying spirit hitting you.

Anointing over the ear, with a slight rosy coloration, with slight burning means you are in tune to hear from the Lord.

Around The Ears A flutter around the ears often is showing the angelic presence and covering. Often pick this sign up around children.

Head
Mouth: Prophesy & Speaking

Anointing on mouth, sign you are to prophesy.

Nasal Passage: Discernment

This sensation reveals the discernings of spirits coming to you. Your spirit is becoming alive to the presence of other spirits.

Eyes: Wisdom or Deception

Anointed Sign across the eyes may come for wisdom and knowledge

Sharp sign on the Eyebrow: could mean self deception of some sort at work.

Teeth: Breaking down the word

Anointing to break down the word that is coming to you

CheekBone: Spiritual Attack.

You are under spiritual attack

Forehead: Clarity and Perception

Focus of an individuals own thought and mind.

Overall anointing comes meaning God will be giving youunderstanding.

Intense Pressure: Focus being hit. Also indication perhaps your vibration is too low. You can tell a great deal about a person from his vibration.

Jaw: Assimilating the Word

If sign in the jawhinge: Annointing of the Lord to assimilate the word.

General sign in Jaw means you are not getting the word.

Temples: Thought processes

Light pressure, means anointing by the Holy Spirit to absorb the teaching the Lord is bringing to your mind.

Jabbing sensation: assault trying to hit your mind or thinking.

Hairline Ridge: Bridging the Gap of Awareness

A good sign meaning the Lord is joining your spirit with you conscious mind to bring you into a greater awareness of your spirit and the voice of the Lord awareness. Bridging the gap between your spirit and you conscious awarenss.

Other Sensations:

Itching Itching indicates confusion.

Crawling Any type of sensation like this has to do with witchcraft.

Cold If you shiver in the presence of someone, sign of devil power or enemy. When things are being judged, you also will feel cold.

Inner Nervousnes Demonic presence.

Heaviness Sign of Resentment hitting you.

Whatever ministry God has specified for you will be revealed as you find there is something alive in that particular part of your hand which has special significance just for you

How To Break Oppressions
Deliberately induce a change of mood; take a hot or cold shower; take a walk; change your activity.

Signs That Accompany Gifts:
Wisdom & Knowledge - signs in the forehead
Discerning of spirits - nasal passages
Prophecy - mouth
Miracles - forearm
Faith - Forehead, back of head and chest

All signs are for present faith and appropriation.
That means it is being done at the very moment you are talking
